3. Dip both sides of the chopped pork chops in the sauce bowl, then put them in the starch bowl and coat both sides with flour. Transfer to a plate and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

6. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat until the pork chops are tender (can be easily pierced through with chopsticks). Turn to high heat and let the sauce thicken.
