18. Then put it in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.

19. It’s done baking, but don’t take it out yet. Let it simmer in the oven for 1 minute before taking it out.

20. Place the food upside down on a wire rack immediately after taking it out of the oven.

21. After demoulding, cut into pieces and enjoy!
