How to cook enoki mushrooms and pig heart

For many mothers, if their babies and loved ones eat healthily, they will get sick less often. Today, I will introduce to housewives a dish of enoki mushrooms and pork heart that is suitable for family consumption.

1. Remove the stems of the enoki mushrooms and wash them.

2. Blanch the washed enoki mushrooms in boiling water, remove from the water and let cool for later use.

3. Cut the pig heart into slices and set aside.

4. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash and cut the coriander into sections.

5. Use chili oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, pepper oil, MSG, salt and a spoonful of boiled water to make the sauce.

6. Put the enoki mushrooms, pork heart and coriander into a large salad bowl.

7. Pour in the sauce, mix well and serve.
