1. Add Shaoxing wine, salt, MSG and pepper to the minced pork.

9. Add a few drops of Shaoxing wine, pour in an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, then adjust the taste with salt, MSG and pepper and bring to a boil.

10. Place the pre-cut cabbage in the casserole, then ladle in the boiling soup.

11. Arrange the meatballs neatly and bring the casserole to a boil.

12. After the soup boils, turn to low heat, cover the pot, and simmer for about 15 minutes.

13. After the meatballs are cooked, add a few drops of sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
