What seasonings should be added to beef soup

The delicious taste of beef soup makes it a representative dish of the Chinese, while the nutrition in beef soup makes it a home-cooked dish. The elements contained in beef soup have a great effect in repairing the body for people in the growing period and those engaged in mental work. Office workers who work long hours can replenish the nutrients lost in the body through beef soup. It doesn’t matter if you lack experience. Some of its seasoning methods are listed below.

Beef soup

Seasoning: 1 kg beef (brisket), 2 potatoes, 4 tomatoes, 2 onions, 1 carrot, ginger, and green onion.

Cut the beef into pieces and blanch them in cold water for 2 minutes. Rinse them thoroughly with hot water. Peel the potatoes, wash them, drain them, and cut them into pieces for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add beef and stir-fry, add soy sauce, cooking wine and a small spoonful of vinegar, then add onion and tomato and continue stir-frying.

Grind some black pepper and stir well, add onion and ginger, pour in hot water, cook over high heat for 20 minutes and then simmer over low heat for about 60 minutes.

Add carrots and potatoes before serving. Cook until the meat is tender and the soup is thick, then add salt to season and serve.

2. Korean White Radish Beef Soup

Ingredients: beef, white radish, chopped green onion, coriander, chili oil, salt, MSG

1. Wash the meat, add water and boil without adding any seasoning.

2. When you think the meat is 80% cooked, add the white radish and continue cooking.

3. Prepare a large bowl and put the chopped green onion and coriander at the bottom of the bowl.

4. The beef is done when it’s soft and tender. (The ratio of beef to water is critical, because if it is watered down it won’t taste good.)

5. Take out the meat and cut it into pieces. The size of the pieces depends on each person. If you are a fierce person, cut them into larger pieces. If you are gentle, cut them into smaller pieces. If you are not too fierce or too gentle, cut them into pieces that are neither too big nor too small. Then put them at the bottom of the bowl in the same way.

6. Pour the soup into a bowl. Add salt, MSG and chili oil according to personal taste.

3. Huaiqi Beef Soup

Ingredients: 480g beef leg tendon, 8 slices of Chinese yam, 4 tablespoons of wolfberry, 40g of longan pulp, 1/2 bowl of Euryale ferox, 2 slices of ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and some water

Method: (1) Bring water to a boil over high heat, add ginger slices and clean beef, bring to a boil and simmer for one hour over low heat.

(2) Add other ingredients, boil over high heat, then simmer until beef and other ingredients are cooked through, season with salt
