Take out the frozen dumplings and put them directly into the pan without thawing.

Tip: If there are dumplings with broken skin, place the broken part facing downwards. Leave some space between dumplings to prevent them from sticking together.

3. Heat for 30 seconds until steam is generated, then pour in the flour water, which should be about half the height of the dumplings.

Tip: Pour the flour water evenly on each dumpling so that the dumpling skin will be crispy and crispy after frying.

4. Cover the pot and cook the dumplings by frying them at the bottom and heating them with steam. After the water boils, fry over medium heat until the water is dried up (about 10 minutes). Open the lid to allow the top of the dumplings to dry slightly.

Tip: If the pot lid is not made of transparent material and you cannot see the water drying up, open the pot lid as soon as you hear the sound of boiling water turn into the sound of frying something.

5. After being boiled in water, the flour will form a crispy skin, which can be used to repair the broken parts of the dumplings.

6. Take a plate that is about the same size as the frying pan, turn the plate upside down and place it on the pot, then turn the pot and the plate over and remove from the pan.

Tips: Place the bottom of the dumplings facing up after removing from the pan to prevent steam from affecting the crispy texture.
