1.12 I prepared two kinds of curry. One is powdery and the other is a paste. The powdered one is easier to mix, but I prefer the taste of the paste one. If you are not picky, you can just use the powder form.

2.21 Mix the chicken well. I used chicken thighs.

3. Fry in oil. Add curry to taste.

4. Soak the glutinous rice for 3 hours, then add the juice from the fried chicken and curry powder and stir-fry evenly for about 1 minute.

5.1 Put a spoonful of rice first and make sure it is compacted. Add the chicken.

6.2 Boil the fresh rice dumplings leaves in water for a few minutes in advance, then soak them in cold water.

7. Fill with rice again and compact it.

8. Tie it up with thread. Since I am also careless in wrapping, I will not explain the steps in detail.

9. Add water to the pot and boil.

10.Put it in a pot, add water and boil for one and a half hours. My rice dumplings are quite oily and have a lot of floating oil.

11. Done. Now it has been dyed with curry, which makes it very different from other rice dumplings, haha~
