1. Put five kinds of beans in a basin and soak them in water. Usually soak them overnight, but my soymilk maker can make both wet and dry beans. I soaked them for 10 minutes today.

2.1 Put the beans into a commercial mini soymilk maker and add twice the amount of boiling water. It is not recommended to add more, otherwise it will boil too high. The same process is done by adding twice the amount of water to make bean paste and then filtering while adding water.

3.2 Drain the water

4. Start by beating at a low speed for 3 minutes. When you no longer hear the sound of the beans hitting the wall of the soymilk maker, start to gradually speed up. It is not recommended to use a very high speed at the beginning, as that may cause some beans to be missed. Finally, hit it three times at the highest speed, and that's it.

5. First use a strainer spoon with a handle to filter out the coarse residue, then place an 80-mesh filter gauze on the strainer spoon and filter it again. An 80-mesh filter can filter very finely. No more cut-throat grunts.

6. Add 7 spoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of honey to the filtered soy milk, stir well and pour into a cup
