1. Add corn flour, soybean flour, yeast, sugar and eggs into the flour.

11. Spread the hawthorn jam on the small pieces and shape them into buns for later use.

12. Place the buns in a baking tray for a second fermentation.

13. Brush the second-fermented buns with egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

14. Put it into the oven, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes.

15. Take out, let it cool, and spread it with hawthorn jam before eating.
