How to make steamed egg rolls with mushrooms and shrimp

1. All materials. Wash, peel and devein the prawns and set aside.

2. Chop the shrimp and mushrooms into fine pieces and set aside.

3. Add wet starch to the beaten egg liquid (1 tablespoon starch 1 tablespoon water)

4. Add chopped green onion, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and sesame oil to the shrimp and mushroom fillings and mix well.

5. Put a little oil in the frying pan, turn on low heat, when the oil is 50% hot, pour in half of the egg liquid and fry into an omelet. Then fry the other half of the egg.

6. After spreading the fried omelette flat, evenly apply the shrimp and mushroom fillings.

7. Cover with another omelette.

8.Roll it into a roll, place it on a plate and steam it. After the water boils, steam over high heat for about 8 minutes.

9. If you like, you can prepare some condiments and eat it with dip. (I used Korean garlic sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon water, a little sesame oil and a little chopped green onion)
