10. After the soup is cooked, add coriander and appropriate amount of sesame oil and serve. (The best way to judge whether the ingredients in the soup are cooked is to taste a piece of potato or kelp, because these two are the most difficult to cook. As long as they are cooked, everything else is cooked.)
