How to make vegetable tofu

1. Peel the soybeans that have been soaked in advance.

4. The blended soy milk has a few particles. The vegetable tofu made in this way has a crunchy texture.

5. Select and wash the leafy vegetables. You can use rapeseed, cabbage or other leafy vegetables.

6. Blanch the leafy vegetables in boiling water to remove the green and sweet taste of the leafy vegetables.

7. Squeeze out the water from the blanched leafy vegetables and chop them into small pieces for later use.

8. Add a lot of oil to the pot. If you don’t have a lot of oil, put a few slices of fat in and refine the oil over low heat.

9. Add chopped green onion, minced ginger or a few red pepper segments and sauté until fragrant.

10. Pour in the blended soy milk.

11. Turn on low heat and stir-fry slowly with a spatula to prevent the pan from sticking.

12. Fry until the soy milk is slightly dry and turns yellow.

13. Pour in the chopped leafy vegetables.

14. Stir-fry over low heat, add a little salt and fry until dry before serving.
