The secret is a bowl of pepper water. This was told to me by a chef. Using pepper water to season beef and mutton fillings can remove the mutton smell, enhance the flavor, and give them a smooth and tender taste. The effect is particularly significant. Soak the peppercorns in hot water for 2 hours in advance.

I used minced beef I bought. If you don't mind the trouble, it would be better to chop the stuffing with a whole piece of beef yourself. To prepare the beef stuffing, green onions and ginger are indispensable. There is a saying: If you want the stuffing to be fragrant, put more green onions and ginger.

Put the minced meat in a larger container so that it is easier to stir when mixing. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, minced fresh ginger, black pepper and a small amount of salt to the minced beef, mix well and marinate for a while.
