Pork belly and white radish soup

Pork tripe is actually the pig's internal organs, and it is an important digestive organ in the pig. The taste of pig stomach is obviously different from other pig offal. Radish and Pork Tripe Soup

Ingredients: 150g pork belly slices, 280g white radish cubes, 80g carrot cubes, 30g black fungus slices, 10g ginger slices, a little coriander, 750cc water, 250cc canned stock, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chicken powder, a little rock sugar

1. Take a soup pot, add water and broth, bring to boil, add pork belly slices and white radish cubes and cook for about 15 minutes.

2. Add carrot cubes, black fungus slices, and ginger slices to the pot prepared in step 1. Bring to a boil again, then turn to low heat, cover the pot, and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.

3. Add salt, chicken powder and rock sugar to the pot prepared in step 2 and mix well. Add coriander before serving.

Radish, pork belly and chicken soup

Ingredients: 1 pork belly, 1 carrot, chicken (depending on the individual), more garlic, carrot

Color matching, mushrooms are up to you, a handful of wolfberries, two red dates, salt, rice wine

Seasoning aroma, pepper

2. Heat the chicken in hot water and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

3. Cut the radish into pieces and cut the pork belly diagonally. Boil the water together and add the amount of soup you want to drink. It will taste good only when it is mushy , so just boil it.

4. Smash the garlic and cut the mushrooms in half. Slice the carrots.

5. Stir-fry the things you just cut for a while, then add the chicken and add rice wine to stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Pour all the fried food into the soup and boil it. Add wolfberry and red dates and boil it. Season with salt, wine and pepper.
