5. Make a cross cut at the root of the Chinese cabbage to make it easier to cook.

6. Boil half a pot of water, add the Chinese cabbage and blanch for about half a minute.

7. After the pork elbow is cooked, prepare the sauce. Add a small amount of vegetable oil to the pan, sauté the scallions and green peppers until fragrant, then remove from the pan.

8. Then add pickled pepper, green and red pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Pour part of the pork elbow soup into the wok and bring to a boil, then add some starch sauce.

10. Add chicken stock, chopped green onion and diced green garlic, heat high until the soup thickens then turn off the heat

11. Place the pork elbow on a plate and add some pakchoy around it.

12. Pour the prepared juice on your elbows
