1. The dumpling wrappers I made myself were not good, so I just bought ready-made ones. Soak the mushrooms.

2.1 Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and a small spoonful of sweet potato starch to the meat, then add 80 ml of water in batches, stirring in one direction while adding water. Stir the pork until it becomes thicker and leave it for ten minutes.

3.2 Wash the leg meat and mince it into minced meat. You can mince the meat at the place where you buy dumpling wrappers, but I think it tastes better if you mince the meat with a knife.

4.1 Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes before you start wrapping

5.2 Add the chopped leeks and mushrooms to the mixed meat

6. I didn't take pictures of the process, I believe you guys will make it better.

7. Boil the dumplings in hot water for 10 minutes. When the dumplings float to the surface, you can eat them.

8. The dumplings made by southern mothers are also good.
