1. Pork belly filling

11. Add a little salt to warm water, pour it into the flour and slowly knead it into a dough of moderate hardness. Roll it into dumpling skins.

12. Make dumplings. Put the dumplings into the pot after the water boils. When the dumpling skin swells up and is cooked, remove the dumplings immediately and drain the water and serve on a plate.
