How to make crispy fermented bean curd meat pie

9.2 Take out the dough coated with sugar, knead it again and roll it into long strips.

10. Take a piece of dough, flatten it and roll it into the shape of an ox tongue, then spread the pastry evenly on it.

11. Roll up from top to bottom into a cylindrical shape.

12. Flatten it into long strips and spread with fermented bean curd. (The thinner the layer, the more layers there are)

13. Continue to spread the meat filling evenly.

14. Then roll it from top to bottom, stretching it as you roll, trying to make the dough as thin as possible.

15. After rolling, cover with plastic wrap and let it relax for about 10 minutes, then continue to make the entire dough.

16. Place the relaxed dough upright and press it slightly with your palm.

17. Then gently roll it into a thin round cake. (When shaking, shake both sides alternately)

18. Pour a proper amount of corn oil into a frying pan, put the dough in, and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
