How to make Strawberry Snowman Ganache Layer Cake

9. Bake in preheated oven. After coming out of the oven, turn it upside down and cool it immediately using the wine bottle method. After cooling, it will slowly return to a state level with the mold.

12. Cut into two pieces and prepare the filling.

13. Heat the dark chocolate in the microwave, but don’t use too high a heat as it will easily become mushy. Stir well after it melts.

14. Heat the whipped cream slightly to make it blend better with the dark chocolate. Add the smooth butter and rum and mix until combined.

15. Spread the ganache between the cake layers. Make it thicker if you like more.

16. The expensive strawberries I bought look pretty good, but the backs and roots are not very red.

17. Wash the strawberries, cut them in half and place them on top of the ganache. Then fill them up with piping cream until they are as high as the strawberries.

18. Place the top cake slice and spread the flour on top. It's not very flat, this still needs more practice.
