How to make oyster pancakes

1. Flour (homemade ones are usually made with flour batter, but when I was a kid I heard people say that the batter for oyster pancakes is made from porridge)

2.1 Mix oysters and lean meat with seasonings (if you make it yourself, you can change the other ingredients except oysters)

3.2 Chop the cabbage and seaweed separately and mix them evenly (you can also use bean sprouts, carrots and other vegetables ~ but the most common ones are cabbage and seaweed ~)

4.1 Place vegetables on the batter first, then oysters and meat

5.2 Apply the batter evenly on the ladle (use a special ladle~ I think the spoon for frying oyster pancakes is also very convenient for frying egg dumplings)

6. Then add a layer of vegetables and sandwich the oysters and meat.

7. Evenly coat the vegetables with the batter (use the same ladle as in step 4)

8. After the oil in the pan is hot, fry the oyster cakes until both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and drain the oil before eating (the oyster cakes are most delicious a few minutes after they are out of the pan, and the skin is very crispy~)
