1 Stir-fried tomatoes and mushrooms: Wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces, wash and cut the mushrooms, put oil in a pot and bring it to a boil, add chopped green onions and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add the washed mushrooms, stir-fry for a while, add tomatoes, sugar, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, bring to a boil over high heat, then stir-fry over low heat for 5 minutes before serving.

2 Stir-fried minced meat, leeks and mushrooms: Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces, wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices, wash the green onions and chop. Heat the pan and add a small amount of oil. When the oil is hot, fry the chopped green onions, then add the minced meat and stir-fry together. After the meat changes color, add cooking wine and continue stir-frying. After the aroma comes out, serve. In another pan, put a small amount of oil in it, add the mushroom slices and stir-fry continuously after the oil is hot. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the fried minced meat and leeks and stir-fry quickly until evenly mixed. When the leeks are cooked, add salt and chicken essence to season.

3. Stir-fried shredded pork with mushrooms: Wash and cut the meat into shreds, wash and cut the mushrooms into slices, wash and cut the green and red peppers. Put a proper amount of oil in the pan, add the chopped pork and stir-fry; when the pork is 70% to 80% cooked, add the washed mushroom slices and green and red peppers and stir-fry, finally add salt and chicken essence to taste.

4. Stir-fried chicken slices with mushrooms: slice the mushrooms, cut the scallions into sections, wash and slice the chicken breasts, add light soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, cooking wine and water starch, and mix well; add water to the pot and blanch the mushrooms, take out, use another pot, add appropriate amount of oil, stir-fry the meat slices until cooked, and serve; add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add scallion sections and minced garlic, sauté over high heat, pour in mushrooms when the aroma comes up, add salt, sugar, chicken essence, stir-fry for a few times, then pour in the chicken slices and stir-fry; thicken with a thin starch, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.

5. Stir-fried meat slices, dried tofu and mushrooms: Put the meat slices in a small bowl, add some cooking wine and starch, mix well, put appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the sliced ​​meat and stir-fry until 80% cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside; pour a small amount of oil into the pan, add mushrooms and dried tofu, stir-fry for a while, add light soy sauce, stir-fry over high heat for one minute, add the previously fried meat slices, stir-fry again, add salt, chicken essence, and sesame oil to season and serve.
