How to make jujube paste mooncakes

1. Put all the materials together.

2.1 Knead into a ball.

4.12 Wrap it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator or a cool place for 40 minutes.

10. Place the mooncakes on the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the mooncakes in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes.

11. Take it out after five minutes, spray water on the surface to prevent cracking, and continue baking for 15 minutes.

12. Prepare the egg yolk liquid.

13. Take out the mooncake after 15 minutes and brush the surface of the mooncake evenly with egg yolk liquid (the purpose of brushing with egg yolk liquid is to make the surface of the mooncake more beautiful).

14. Continue to put it in the oven and take it out to cool after baking for 5 minutes. The whole baking time is 25 minutes. After cooling, return it to the oil for one to two days for a better taste.
