How to make Matcha red bean bread

2. Divide the dough into 180g balls and let them rest for 20 minutes. 3. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape

3. Cut the dough on both sides and put in red beans

4. Braid the dough crosswise

5. Put the braided dough into the baking tray and ferment at 28℃ for about 40 minutes

6. Ferment until it is about 2.5 times larger than the original volume, brush the surface with egg liquid

7. Bake in oven at 200℃ for about 18 minutes
