3. After adding butter, turn on the dough kneading function and knead the dough for 30 minutes

4. Roll the kneaded dough into a round shape

5. Put it into a sealed bag, squeeze out the air in the bag, and put it in the refrigerator for refrigerated fermentation (if you have time, put it directly in a warm place for the first fermentation)

6. Press the fermented dough to exhaust, divide it into two equal parts, and ferment it for about 20 minutes

7. After the intermediate fermentation, take the dough and spread it out.

8. Pull the left side of the dough and fold it inward to 1/2

9. Fold the right side inwards to 1/2.

10. Place the folded side down on the baking tray

11. Put it in the COUSS oven, turn on the fermentation mode, and do the final fermentation

12. After the final fermentation is completed, use scissors to cut horizontal lines on the dough, then brush a thin layer of egg liquid on the dough, put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
