The harm of shrimp chips

The harm of shrimp chips

Shrimp chips are a kind of food we are familiar with in our lives. Shrimp chips are also called jade chips. The more traditional way of making shrimp chips is to add a certain amount of starch to shrimp juice. When the dry shrimp chips meet hot oil, they will expand quickly. They are especially crispy and melt in the mouth when eaten. They are loved by many children. However, you can't make too many shrimp chips at a time. If you can't finish them at one time, the shrimp chips will become soft and affect the taste.

The harm of shrimp chips

1. It is best not to feed fried shrimp chips to children. First of all, it is a fried food, which is very harmful to the internal organs, and the thinner the fried food, the greater the harm. Secondly, the shrimp chips on the market are generally artificial foods and do not contain real shrimp. They are generally composed of starch and pigments, and the nutritional value cannot be compared with real shrimp. Shrimp chips are also called jade chips. The traditional production method is to make them with shrimp juice and starch. For example, shrimp chips made from potatoes are a unique product and are very popular among people. But nowadays, it is difficult for anyone to tell what the shrimp chips are made of. It would be even more terrible if the quality of the ones you buy is not up to standard.

2. Eating fried foods frequently is not good in itself, and repeatedly using oil is even worse. It is better to eat less fried food. Fried shrimp chips are also high in calories, with each serving containing 523 calories, including: 52% fat, 44% carbohydrates, and 4% protein. Eating too much will definitely be harmful to your body.

3. Eating shrimp chips can easily make you fat. Eating puffed food will increase the risk of cancer and stimulate the stomach to affect digestion. Shrimp chips must be fried before eating. Eating too much will cause high blood pressure, blood viscosity, coronary heart disease and other diseases!

Fried shrimp chips

Ingredients: Shrimp chips, oil

Production steps:

Add appropriate amount of shrimp chips and oil to the wok. When the oil temperature comes up, test fry a shrimp cracker first. The shrimp pieces swell quickly and are ready. Be careful not to use too big a fire. After test frying, if you feel the oil temperature is right, you can add four or five shrimp chips and continue frying (if there is more oil, you can add more shrimp chips). For the unfried parts, you can use chopsticks to pick them up and turn them over in the pan. When they are done, put them on a plate. Dip it in your favorite sauce, of course the original flavor is also very good.
