How to make homemade mung bean sprouts

Now let me introduce to you how to make homemade mung bean sprouts.

1. Wash the mung beans with warm water and soak them

2. Small teeth will grow out on the second day

3. Cover with a wet towel

4. Cover it with a dark wet cloth. I use old clothes that I don’t want to wear anymore.

5. Put something heavy on top to press down the mung beans so that they will become plump. Put them in a ventilated and dark place and change the water three times a day. In winter, change the water once in the morning and once in the evening.

10. On the 7th day, they have grown very big and can be eaten in just 2 days. It takes so long because it is cold in the north. If it is hot, it will be ready in about 4 days.

11. It is ready to eat on the 8th day, but we have already eaten most of it today. Sometimes I put some bean sprouts in soup.
