11. Put a large bowl into the pressure cooker and steam for half an hour. If you want it to be very soft, you can extend the time appropriately.

12. When removing the dish from the heat, take a plate that covers the entire rim of the bowl and place it over the rim of the bowl. Turn the bowl and plate over so that the plate is underneath and the bowl is facing upwards. Carefully remove the bowl and it is done.
