How to make milky fruit pizza

1. Weigh all the ingredients for the base.

2. Pour the milk into a milk pan, heat over low heat to about 35 degrees, add yeast and let stand for 5 minutes.

3. Pour the flour into a larger bowl, slowly add the yeast water, and stir with chopsticks until it becomes floc-like.

4. Knead the dough into a ball first, then add the softened butter.

5. Knead into a smooth and delicate dough. Because of the addition of butter, it looks full and elastic.

6. Cover with lid and let ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size.

7. Take out the fermented dough, knead it into its original size on the chopping board, and then roll it into a size similar to the plate you want to use.

8. Place it on a plate, poke some small holes on the bottom of the cake with a fork, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for about half an hour.

9. Prepare the filling.

10. Cut the masu into shreds and set aside.

11. Turn on the oven first, adjust the required temperature and time, and start preheating. (I used 200 degrees, 10 minutes)

12. Add butter to the pan and melt.

13. Add chopped apples, add a tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry slowly. At the beginning, the apples will release water, but after frying for a while, they will become dry and have a particularly strong apple aroma.

14. Add a little cooked black sesame seeds.

15. Add other diced fruits and stir-fry until there is no water left. Add a few drops of honey according to your preference and mix well. (The fried fruit filling has a strong fruity flavor and is delicious when eaten directly. I fried a lot of it, and except for the ones for making pizza, the rest were eaten by my baby)

16. Take out the proofed pizza base, brush a layer of egg liquid on the edge, and then spread a layer of mozzarella on it. (If you brush the cake with egg wash, the color will be prettier after baking, but you don’t have to brush it).

17.Spread a layer of fruit.

18.Spread a layer of Masu.

19. Place in preheated oven.

20. It can be eaten after baking.
