How to make fried noodles with egg and colorful vegetables

I get excited just thinking about the holidays. During the holidays, the most comfortable thing is to get together with a few friends and eat delicious meals. It would be even better if the party could be held at home. Now let me introduce to you the method of making fried noodles with egg and colorful vegetables.

1. Prepare a small bowl of soybean paste. I make it at home, so it tastes especially good.

2.12 Dice the green pepper. Actually, it is best to use pointed peppers, but I can’t eat spicy food, so I changed to green peppers, but the taste is still great.

3.21 Beat the eggs and set aside. If you like a stronger sauce flavor, add one egg. If you like a lighter flavor, add two eggs.

11. Stir-fry until the sauce and oil are blended and the sauce has no bean smell, then season with MSG and serve.

12. Serve the sauce for later use.

13. Boil water in a pot.

14.Cook the noodles (because my mother likes to cook the noodles till they are old, so I cooked them a little soft).

15. Cut the cucumber, carrot and minced pork into shreds and add them to the noodles.

16. Prepare some boiled peanuts with five-spice sauce (which have been cooked before) and put them into the noodles.
