1. Put the whole chicken on a plate, pour water into the steamer, bring to a boil, put the chicken in, steam over high heat for 3 minutes and then take it out.

2. Remove the bones from the steamed chicken and cut it into small pieces (about 6cm in diameter) for later use.

3. Put flour and dry starch into a container, beat in eggs and mix well, then slowly add water to make a thick batter.

4. Spread the prepared batter evenly on one side of the chicken, leaving the other side uncovered. Pour oil into the pan and heat over high heat. When the oil is 70% hot, add the chicken pieces and fry over medium-low heat for about 4 to 6 minutes. Remove from the pan when the batter turns golden brown.

5. Cut the fried chicken into small pieces of 5mm width while it is still hot, and eat it with pepper salt or tomato sauce. It is very delicious.
