Ingredients: appropriate amount of minced meat, 1 small piece of winter melon, 1 egg white, salt, cooking wine, coriander, minced ginger, ginger slices, sesame oil. Method: 1. Peel the winter melon, slice it and set aside; 2. Add egg white, minced ginger, cooking wine and salt to the minced meat and stir until the meat is firm; 3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the ginger slices, turn to low heat, make the minced meat into meatballs and put them into the pot one by one until the meatballs change color and become tight; 4. Pork Meatball Soup

Ingredients : 200 grams of lean and fatty pork, auxiliary ingredients: 20 grams of water-soaked black fungus, 50 grams of cucumber, 75 grams of tomato, seasoning: 10 grams of sesame oil, 3 grams of salt, 2 grams of MSG, 10 grams of green onion, 5 grams of ginger, 5 grams of pea starch. Method: 1. Wash the pork, chop it into pieces, add water starch, refined salt, chopped green onion, chopped ginger and a little water and stir it; 2. Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes separately and cut them into small slices; 3. Put the soup pot on the fire, add 1000 grams of water, blanch the meatballs, wait until the meatballs float, add cucumber slices, black fungus, tomato slices, refined salt, MSG, chopped green onion and bring to a boil; 4. Pour into a soup bowl and drizzle with sesame oil.

Tips for food incompatibility: Black fungus (soaked in water): Black fungus should not be eaten with snails. From the perspective of food medicinal properties, the cold nature of snails and the slippery black fungus are not conducive to digestion, so the two should not be eaten together. People suffering from hemorrhoids should not eat black fungus and pheasant together. Pheasant is slightly poisonous, and eating them together can easily induce hemorrhoid bleeding. Fungus should not be eaten with wild duck. Wild duck tastes sweet and cool in nature, and is prone to indigestion. Tomato: Tomatoes should not be eaten with pomegranates.
