How to cook spicy duck gizzards

8. Add the duck gizzards and stir-fry quickly over high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes;

9. Add cooking wine and stir fry evenly;

10. Add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly;

11. Add a few drops of rice vinegar and stir fry evenly;

12. Finally, add dried red pepper and chili pepper, stir-fry evenly; add a little salt to season and serve.
