How to cook pickled fish

Cooking is not a difficult thing. As long as you learn how to make this sauerkraut and raw fish, you can easily conquer your family's taste buds. This dish is steamed to allow diners to feel the deliciousness of the ingredients. Seasonings can be added according to your own taste to cook your own dishes.

1. Prepare the ingredients and clean them.

2. Slice the fish meat and cut the fish head, but be careful not to cut it open.

3. Chop the fish bones into sections and slice the fish meat into double-pieces. Chop the sauerkraut and chili peppers, and mince the onion, ginger and garlic, and set aside.

4. Remove the fish head and fish bones from the boiling water.

5. Leave 50 grams of oil in the pot, pour in 5 grams each of scallion, ginger, garlic, dried chili and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the ingredients from step 3 and stir-fry together (except fish fillets and chopped scallion, ginger and garlic).

6. Add 6 grams of salt, 3 grams of sugar, 10 grams of white vinegar, 3 grams of pepper, then add 1 kilogram of fresh soup and simmer for 8 minutes.

7. While stewing the fish, season the fish fillets with a little salt, MSG, cooking wine, chicken powder, egg white, and cornstarch.

8. Remove the stewed fish head and fish bones and pour them into a container. Add the fish fillets and cook until done, then cover them with the sauce.

9. Pour the soup into a container.

10. Stir-fry the prepared green onion, ginger, minced garlic, chili peppers and peppercorns, then pour the mixture on the fish.

11. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
