How to make kelp sprout soup

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Bring water to a boil, add a little vinegar, put in the kelp and cook for 5 minutes, then cool and set aside.

3. Pour oil into the wok and sauté scallions and ginger.

4. Add kelp, bean sprouts and mushrooms, stir-fry for a while and turn off the heat.

It can treat carbuncles, indigestion, urinary problems, cough and asthma, edema, and high blood pressure. Modern medical research shows that sodium alginate extracted from kelp has a blood pressure lowering effect. Japanese scientists soaked kelp in 60℃ water, concentrated the extract, and gave it to patients with hypertension to lower their blood pressure. Scientists have also nitrated mannitol extracted from kelp to make a specific medicine for coronary heart disease, which is given to patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and coronary heart disease.
