How to cook pickled Spanish mackerel

1. Ingredients: Spanish mackerel (cleaned and cut into slices), pickled cabbage, ginger slices, dry starch

2. Place the sauerkraut on the chopping board and chop it into small pieces for later use.

3. Coat the Spanish mackerel fillets with some dry starch.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add the Spanish mackerel fillets coated with dry starch and fry on both sides, then remove from the pan.

5. Next, leave a proper amount of oil in the pot, put the fried Spanish mackerel back into the pot, put in ginger slices and add a proper amount of cooking wine.

6. Turn it over.

7. Then, add the chopped sauerkraut and appropriate amount of water.

8. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes.

9. Finally, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

10. Add appropriate amount of salt.

11. Season and mix well.

12. Remove from the pan and serve.
