1. Chop rosemary, sage, thyme and garlic.

7. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, bake the meat rolls in the oven for 20 minutes, then adjust to 160 degrees and bake for 1.5 hours.

8. Wash the potatoes, cut them into pieces with the skin on, put them into a pot, add water and cook until done, then remove them from the pot.

9.Mix the potatoes with the herb sauce, add salt and mix well.

10. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the potatoes until golden brown, and serve with the pork belly rolls.
