How to make chestnut braised baby cabbage

1. Ingredients: baby cabbage, chestnuts, wolfberry, chicken soup, chicken oil, sugar, salt, pepper, starch

2. Wash the baby cabbage

3. Cut into long strips

4. Wash the chestnuts and cut them into small pieces

5. Heat in the microwave to remove the shell

6. Soak the wolfberries in cold water, wash them and remove them. Mix the starch with cold water.

7. Pour the chicken soup into the pot and bring to a boil. Season with a little sugar and salt, sprinkle with a little pepper and stir well.

8. Push the cut baby cabbage strips into the pot flatly, keeping the baby cabbage neat and not letting it fall apart after entering the pot

9. Add chestnuts and boil over medium heat

10. Shake the pot back and forth during the cooking process. When the soup is 60% dry, turn the spoon over once. Cook the baby cabbage thoroughly and thicken it with water starch.

11. Finally, pour in the cooked chicken oil

12. After the starch sauce has turned into a paste, sprinkle a few wolfberries on it for garnish.
