1. Place the frozen beef at room temperature until softened.

5. Add honey.

6. Stir well into sauce.

12. Place the beef slices on the grill, turn them over from time to time, and grill until both sides are cooked. Then use scissors to cut them into small pieces and serve with lettuce.
