1. Soak the dried cowpeas in water until soft, add a piece of lean meat, and cut the processed pig skin into strips (heat the pot, put the pig skin downwards, soak it in clean water for 3 minutes, scrape it with a knife, and finally boil it in hot water and scrape it clean).

2.Cut the pork into pieces.
