1. Wash 2 pieces of tofu

2. 1 carrot and 1 green pepper (I only used half a carrot)

5. Chop ginger, garlic and onion

6. Put more oil in the pan, and fry the diced tofu after it is 80% hot.

7. Fry until slightly golden brown, remove and drain

8. Leave a little oil in the pan, add ginger, garlic and carrot cubes and fry for a while

9. Add 1 spoon of Lao Gan Ma black beans and stir-fry until the oil turns red

10. Then add the fried tofu cubes, a small amount of soy sauce, salt and appropriate amount of water and cook for about 2 minutes

11. After about 2 minutes, add the diced green pepper and stir-fry evenly

12. Finally, add chopped green onion and chicken essence, adjust the amount of water starch to thicken and turn off the heat.
