Add 150 grams of milk to the mango pulp to make mango liquid, then sieve it. This way the pudding will be very smooth. 3. Put 150 grams of milk into a small pot, add 10 grams of gelatin powder, stir slowly, then put it on the fire and heat slowly. Turn off the heat after it reaches about 50 degrees, and keep stirring slowly until the gelatin powder is completely dissolved. 4. Slowly pour the milk with gelatin powder into the mango liquid and stir evenly. 5. Pour the pudding liquid into a cup and tap the cup gently on the table to shake out the bubbles. Prick the large bubbles with a toothpick and wipe off the small bubbles with kitchen paper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than three hours before serving. I made four cups.

After turning off the heat, place in a large container to cool, add butter and stir evenly; 7. Pour in mango puree and mix evenly; 8. Sieve all the mixture; 9. Pour into the prepared container; 10. Put in the refrigerator for an hour, and cut the mango flesh into small cubes and put on top when you take it out to eat.
