4. Put it into the bread machine and let it rise until it is 2.5 times larger (100 minutes);

5. Take out the dough, deflate it, and divide it into 8 portions of 50g each;

6. Relax for 15 minutes after rolling into a ball;

7. Flatten the relaxed dough and roll it into a round shape;

8. Wrap the meat floss in the dough, pinch the top to seal it, roll it into a ball, seal it and place it on the baking tray;

9. Put it in the oven and use the fermentation mode for the final fermentation until it doubles in size (about 60 minutes);

10. Use scissors to cut a cross in the middle of the dough;

11. Brush the surface with egg wash;

12. Put it into the oven preheated to 180℃, middle layer, upper and lower heat, and bake for about 15 minutes.
