How to make sweet milk buns

1. Add sugar to flour and soak yeast in milk for five minutes

2. Add milk to flour in batches, stir until it becomes dough, knead it into a soft and smooth dough, cover it and let it ferment.

3. Ferment until it is twice as large as before. When poked with a finger, it does not shrink or collapse.

4. Remove the exhaust and roll into a long strip

5. Cut the raw dough into steamed buns of the same size.

6. Brush oil on the steamer grate and put it in a pot of cold water. Cover and simmer for ten minutes in summer and extend the time for a few minutes in winter.

7. Steam over high heat for ten minutes. After turning off the heat, simmer for three minutes before uncovering the lid to prevent the buns from shrinking. Break it open and look at the texture of the steamed bun, it’s very nice!
