Bean sprouts are a common home-cooked dish, and there are many ways to make bean sprouts. You can stir-fry meat, cucumbers, or other vegetables. The bean sprouts we often eat are bought in the market, but in fact, we can also make them ourselves. There are also many methods, including simple production methods. But most people don’t know what is the easiest way to make homemade bean sprouts? Although there are various machines that can easily make bean sprouts, it is not difficult to make them by hand. The only materials are simple mung beans, water, and a container. Just water the plants at home every day, and you can harvest them after a week. Ingredients: Mung beans (for bean sprouts) (100g) Water (for bean sprouts) (appropriate amount) seasoning: Carrots(fried with bean sprouts)(3/1 piece) Snow peas (fried bean sprouts) (20g) Garlic (fried bean sprouts) (3 cloves) Salt (for stir-fried bean sprouts) (a little) Production process 1. Wash the mung beans, pick out the bad beans, and soak them in water for 12 hours. 2. Take it out the next day, pour out the soaking water, take a piece of clean gauze, wet it slightly, and cover it 3. Spray some water to soak the gauze sideways, and don't let too much water accumulate at the bottom. Place in a dark place and spray water twice a day in the morning and evening 4. In the first 1 or 2 days, the beans will break open and sprout a little, and then they will continue to grow taller (because they need to be kept away from light, the bean sprouts will turn red if exposed to light, so I didn’t take them out to take pictures. This is what it looks like on the 7th day. The gauze is pushed up high, and it’s ready to eat, so I took it out to take pictures) On the 5th and 9th day, the gauze can no longer cover it and you can eat 6. Pick and wash the beans; cut some snow peas and carrots into shreds, mince garlic, heat the pan and oil, sauté the minced garlic, add the snow peas and carrots, and stir-fry until cooked; 7. Add the washed bean sprouts and remove the old roots, stir-fry over high heat until the bean sprouts are soft, add a little salt and mix well. It is homemade and crispy, and most importantly, it is healthy. Tips: 1. The mung beans must be placed in a dark but well-ventilated place and kept moist, but not soaked all the time, so there should not be too much water at the bottom. About 100g of beans made a large bowl of rice. Some of the rotten ones were picked out and thrown away. After cleaning them, they were enough to stir-fry about 2 plates. In winter, the temperature is low and the growth is slow. In summer, the temperature is high and it only takes about 4 or 5 days. |
