3 Add the bean paste and stir fry evenly, then add the chopped beans and stir fry for 2 minutes, then add hot water and chicken essence (chicken juice can also be used) to cover the ingredients.

4 After the ingredients have boiled for 3 minutes, cover and simmer for 1 minute (add salt according to taste)

5 Add the cooked noodles and you can start eating

2. Quickly add the marinated pork belly, turn to medium heat and stir-fry until the diced meat is colored.

3. Add garlic cloves and stir-fry evenly.

4. Add the chopped beans, add 2 spoons of salt to season, and stir-fry over medium heat until the beans are cooked.

5. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add a bowl of hot water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for a while (about 10-15 minutes).

7. In another pot, boil water and cook the noodles.

8. When the minced meat and green beans soup becomes thick, add a small spoonful of vinegar, bring to a boil over high heat and then turn off the heat.

9. Add noodles, gravy, and eat!

Tips :

1. The blanching of diced meat is purely a personal preference. Every time I see the foam on the diced meat, I feel uneasy if I don’t blanch it.

2. Regarding the step of adding vinegar in step 8, it is mainly for Mr. Xuan, a native of Shanxi Province, to wash it properly. Those who don’t like vinegar can skip it. If you like to add vinegar, try to add it at this time. The sour taste will be milder than adding vinegar directly into the bowl after boiling. [
