1. Beat 2 eggs with sugar

13. Add 15ml Baileys and 7ml lemon juice and mix well

14. Beat 2 egg whites and 30g sugar into wet foam, add cheese paste and mix well

15. Pour into a cup, put it in a preheated 190° oven and steam for 10 minutes, then turn to 150° and steam for 40-50 minutes
