1. Clean the pig's trotters, cut them into pieces and blanch them in water. Add confinement rice wine, peanuts, fried ginger, and lactation-promoting soup in turn, put them into a casserole, boil them, then simmer over low heat until the pig's trotters are cooked and boneless;

2. Add lettuce slices and serve after 15 minutes after turning off the heat. Tips: Those with low milk supply are advised to eat this for 3 consecutive days or every other day. If there is no significant improvement in milk supply, please look for other reasons.

Ginger Lamb Soup

Ingredients: 200-300 grams of mutton, 100 grams of soaked white lentils, 2000 ml of Diyijia confinement rice wine, 25-50 grams of Diyijia sesame oil, fried old ginger, 1 bag of Diyijia second stage nourishing soup. 150g soaked Tremella, 800ml confinement water, 50g mild fruit

2. Add the chopped fruit and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes before serving while hot.

Postpartum meal: Taiwanese oil rice

Ingredients: 50-100 grams of glutinous rice, 5 grams of stemmed shiitake mushrooms, 5 grams of carrots, 2 grams of garlic slices, 25 grams of diced meat, 5 grams of dried shrimps, 5 grams of old ginger with skin, 25-50 grams of sesame oil, 300-400 ml of confinement water. Method: 1. Wash and drain the glutinous rice, soak it in Diyi’s confinement water for 4-6 hours, soak the washed shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimps in the confinement water, cut into thick strips after softening, and cut the old ginger and carrots with skin into strips.

2. Add sesame oil to a hot pan, fry the shredded ginger and garlic slices until they turn light brown, add the diced meat, shrimp, mushrooms and shredded carrots, fry until fragrant and serve;

3. Add sesame oil to a hot pan, fry the glutinous rice until it becomes sticky, then add the ingredients that were cooked first and fry together;

4. Add the fried ingredients into the steamer and add the confinement water used to soak the ingredients. The confinement water should cover all the ingredients. Steam until cooked and you can eat it. Eat one bowl a day.
