200g pineapple

A fried dough stick

100g shrimp

Then chop the prepared shrimps into small pieces. Add 3g salt, a spoonful of Shaoxing rice wine, appropriate amount of minced ginger and starch and marinate. Use less salt because fried dough sticks are salty.

Prepare a few shrimps, add ginger and scallions to the boiling water and cook.

Cut the dough sticks into sections and stuff the shrimps into them.

Put oil in the pan and heat it to 60% to 70% hot, then put in the fried dough sticks and fry for 3 to 5 minutes.

After frying, remove from the oil and drain.

After it cools down naturally, add the whole shrimp and pineapple that have just been cooked, add some salad dressing and mix evenly.

Salad dressing is sometimes a bit greasy, so you can add less.

4. Chop the shrimp into shrimp paste, add cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, pepper, a little bit of water starch and stir with chopsticks in one direction.

5. Then press the middle part of the dough stick to make it empty and put in the shrimp paste. Try to fill it up as much as possible.

6. Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the fried dough sticks with shrimps and fry until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the pan

7. Heat the oil and pour in the dough sticks to fry for about 2 minutes. Remove and drain the oil.

8. After the fried dough sticks have cooled down a little, add pineapple, mix well with salad dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and eat while hot, it is crispy and fragrant.
