1. Bake an 8-inch cake (mine is an 8-inch mold, because it is a small cake, it will have to be cut at the end, you can choose the size of your own mold)

2.1 Cut the cake into 2-3 layers horizontally according to your preference (thick cakes can be cut into two layers, thin cakes can be cut into three layers), and use a mold to press out the required cake base (I pressed 11 in one go, and later I found that there were only 10 slices of pineapple in the can, excluding the one I stole, there were only 9 slices left, haha)

3.2 Make a model with an empty beverage bottle according to the size of the pineapple, which is slightly larger than the pineapple

4. I didn’t have any butter at home, so I planned to wrap the small cakes with coconut flakes. I was afraid that dark jam wouldn’t work, but I didn’t have any applesauce, so I had to use honey. It turned out to be a little too sweet. Of course, I don’t like sugar very much, but maybe you think it’s just right:)

5. Roll the small cakes evenly coated with honey back and forth in the coconut paste so that they are covered with coconut paste.

6. Put the small cake covered with coconut flakes into the egg tart mold, put the cake on top, pour blueberry or strawberry jam on it, and sprinkle a little coconut flakes.
