1. Put all the dough ingredients except butter into the bread machine and mix for 20 minutes.

4. After fermentation, remove the air, divide the dough into 8 equal portions of 65 grams each, roll them into balls again, cover with plastic wrap, and let it stand for 15 minutes.

5. Take a portion of dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a round piece that is thick in the middle and thin on the outside. Put the curry filling in the middle and wrap it up like a dumpling. Pinch the opening tightly and place it in the toast box with the closed edge facing down.

6. Wrap the remaining 7 doughs with curry filling, and place them in the toast box one by one. Place them in a warm and humid place for secondary fermentation until the toast box is about 80% full.

7. Brush the surface of the bread evenly with egg liquid, sprinkle with appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, put it into the oven at 185 degrees, on the lower layer, and bake for 40 minutes. (After the surface of the bread is colored, cover it with tin foil and continue baking).
